To me personally the Axem Rangers. Since I'm a hardcore Power Rangers/ Super Sentai fan I absolutely adore them.

So do I, actually. I just wish it was possible to vote for more than one character in this poll. Along with Dimentio, I would have voted for characters like Smithy, Grodus, the Shadow Queen, Fawful, etc. As for the Shroob Princesses, I'm pretty neutral about them, since I haven't played Partners in Time in over seven years.

Would it affect the votes already cast if I changed it so you could vote for three? Or can I even change it once it's up?

No competition for me, even though all of the others villains are awesome, Sir Grodus tops them all.
