sprites are likely to change in the future, but I won't be updating them here, unless you really want me to. it's only small changes to other sprites in the sheet that will be updated in the future, nothing to do with the Neptune sprites. the link will be in my sig if you really want to use any other sprites from that sheet in the future.

anyway, bit of information, if you plan on using me as a hero, then use the sprites without the mask, whereas if you're planning on using me as a villain, use the sprites with a mask

or not, whatever you want to do, really, it's your comic, I won't mind

Okay, I changed my mind about the "one dimwitted, one offensive, one defensive" idea. The three stars will be Toadbert, Dippy, and Turb. I toyed with a lot of ideas for the starting plot in my head, and the one that seems funniest to me involves the three of them.

It'll still be four panels... and I don't know what you mean by "why users in general" ... and no the story won't revolve around collecting a certain amount of shiny things but it'll still be silly. I'm going to try to cut down on the pop culture references this time though... I'd rather not be the Seth MacFarlane of Userpedia.
