Can it be:
1. A blue toad with a green vest
2. Wearing glasses that are different from Toad85
3. On the back of the vest, put the number 63

There's kind of a jarring perspective dissonance with the face pointing upwards and the glasses being tilted downwards. It looks like they are in the midst of falling off.
