The Phoenix games each have two tracks for Witness Testimonies/Cross Examinations(Moderato and Allegro), while the Edgeworth games have three tracks for Arguments/Rebuttals(Moderato, Allegro, and Presto). This is the first argument in GK2 in which Presto plays in. Take a listen if you have some minutes to spare.

To be perfectly honest, I forget which statement you have to press, but you eventually get this choice if you press one of them.
