From where I live, the concept of a commercial selling a video game is a foreign concept for me, literally, because this is something television did not show. Not that there are no commercials for video games, but they are so rare we hardly get those. This is why when I first heard about them on a Mario fansite, I am intrigued about them.

Some can be quite influential, like the classic Super Mario Bros. 3 ad:

The Got Milk ad is a very nostalgic ad. I remember that one very fondly.

One of the most impressive commercials in recent times are the pair of Mario Party 9 commercials. In fact, I feel that Mario Party tend to have great commercials in general:

Anyway, I'm always impressed by animation that blends with real life. Like in the Mario Party 9 commercial, where Mario interacts with real life objects. idk I'm just always asking how they do that.
