    Okay, Rose I knew about in advance because he asked me, but I was legitimately surprised when I saw your icon down there just now.

    I don't think anyone will confuse you for me but I would like to put it out there and ask for no more imitators after Moldo, lest the joke get out of hand.

    Not to hijack that advice, but Ray Trace and Bazooka Mario have a great ongoing section in Strategy Wing all about the basics of 3D Modeling, so you should definitely give Parallax a read! If nothing else, you'll get some of the basic terms from it, but you'll likely take plenty more out of a read of the past few editions.

    Sorry for not being here for a while, I was all set up to answer the questions in my ask thread and voice stuff about the Mario Direct, but I was swept away by busyness and school stuff!
    Just know that I'll get to this stuff eventually, I really wanna get to that ask thread @Hooded Pitohui your question looks really interesting!

    And no, I didn't vote for myself in the poll for favorite artist (still can't believe I'm on there though, wow. Honored). I actually voted for @King Olly, cause I can't match up to the (basically) official Paper Mario drawings.

    Playing Minecraft with the loot table randomizer and my Zelda resource pack is a horrifying sight ngl.

    These dropped as a tree died instead of tree saplings.
    (these are chainmail armor pieces btw, I changed them to skeleton armor since Bokoblins wear those in Skyward Sword and you can't craft them, so no immersion breakage)

    Just found this old thing where I tried to model and texture a Bokoblin for a Minecraft mod I was planning to make. I didn't make the texture quite big enough and it became a big mess, so I never ended up finishing it.
    I don't even know why I modeled it, I don't know how to give it animations anyway.
    (I used some free modeling program called Blockbench made especially for Minecraft)

    The face is decent for a Minecraft like model. but yeah, the arms and legs are just primitives glued onto each other. Even though Minecraft is all like that.

    Tbh I'm gonna be happy with it considering it's the first thing I've modeled that's come remotely close to looking anything like what I was trying to emulate.
