Earlier, I almost got stuck in an elevator! There is an broken (otis) elevator at an parking garage and I almost got stuck in it! Here's what happened:

First when I pressed the call button, the elevator would not come up. The elevator was on the floor below me (6th foor) and I walked down the steps to the floor it was on. I pressed the call button and it opened. But here's the crazy part: I walked in and I pressed the button for floor 1 and the elevator moved with the doors OPEN! I went to the very back of the elevator and it stopped at the 1st floor and the doors closed! I tried to press the door open button (<->) but it didn't do nothing. Here's the great part!: Someone pressed the call button on the floor above me and I was saved!

That's actually not the current version of that particular Yoshi plush. Actually, there's been three versions: one from Global Holdings whose based on New Super Mario Bros. Wii and was released around 2011. It has Yellow Yoshi, Green Yoshi, Light Blue Yoshi, and Pink Yoshi, as how the Yoshi lineup is in New Super Mario Bros. Wii. There had been a second wave distributed by Little Buddy in 2015 which this one looks like, which looks a bit similar to the first version, but the head is better modeled, like more defined. The second wave also contains the first four Yoshis but also the other common colors being Red, Dark Blue, Black, White, Orange, and Purple. And then I think a few years ago, there's a third wave of Yoshi colors under Super Mario All Star Collection which has all the colors, and the most notable thing is that they look fatter, and the fabric on the Dark Blue Yoshi better matches the character.

I personally own all the first wave ones, all second wave ones that weren't in the first wave, and none of the third wave ones because they're kinda redundant and I save redundancies for Mario (as in the character) plushies.

And I've now nerded out about plushies. You're welcome.
I knew that Smash Ultimate was the best, but what about Smash Melee? When I was an kid, I loved smash melee!

I always felt that Smash was one of those series where each sequel is more of an update and there's usually little reason to return to an earlier version. Smash Melee was great, but I've always felt that the series has expanded and improved with each game since.

Melee's longevity is probably a result of its mechanics being so viable for competitions, much like Mario Kart Wii and its continued prevalence despite two sequels having been released since.

Melee just plays better than Brawl. Brawl had an expansion of roster and stages, as well as a better customized special mode, but Melee did event matches better, did adventure mode better, did Pokeball better, and had fantastically dumb ai.

Eh, to each their own, but I actually prefer Brawl. I mean yeah, I never played too deeply into either game, but Brawl just had so much more content. It had more fighters, more stages, a bigger and better soundtrack, and a better (not inferior) adventure mode. Everyone complains about the casualization of the gameplay, but I didn't notice any significant detractions and I'm not an uber-competitive player anyway.
