I have a special place in Hell for people who set off fireworks at night. Hell, our city bans them, but I'm sure those fuckers got their stupid whizzbangers from surrounding cities that DO sell them.

Fireworks for personal use should be illegal, period. I have had quite enough of hearing loud explosions in the middle of the night.
