If we count Paper Mario separately as a franchise (considering Paper Mario specifically is heavily speculated), Dimentio would be great.
If we ignore realistic guidlines for who can be included, Squidward (SpongeBob SquarePants) and King Candy/Turbo (Wreck-it Ralph). Though this is solely based on how much i like the characters, not that they'd ever be chosen over their protagonists even if non-game franchises were valid.
