Well that explains it. Those are some of the few Mario spinoff games I haven't played. But that's kind of an issue too. Will Daisy get represented in a main game anytime soon?
1. The roster for certain games are a getting questionable
2. How paper Mario sticker star turned out.
3. Characters that were common in the GameCube era are becoming extinct
4. The blandness of something's in general
Mine is pretty tame but I think that the generic enemies or characters that are playable in certain games are all the same people. "Toad" for example is the same toad from smb2, assuming a game doesn't have multiple red capped toads. For enemies we have the same "Koopa", dry bones and etc. this...
Because people are generally misinformed about sml anyway. It does some neat little things but is understandably overshadowed by other retro mario games. The fact that Daisy is pretty much a spinoff game queen doesn't help.
I don't have this game but To be fair, doesn't MP count as a spinoff game? If that's so, clones of the same character happen every time. But Bowser calling him a relative seems weird. Since it's a skeleton how can you be sure that Dry Bowser is really Bowser anyway? As long as a this relative of...
I know. But that's not what I meant. I worded it badly but by "truly terrible" I meant a game that not only is horrible but has nothing worth mentioning about it.
My argument was that even with bad Mario games there's something interesting thus saving it from my definition of "truly terrible"...
My blog is in my signature. I only post Nintendo or gaming related stuff in general. Mostly because that's my interests and also to avoid the negative tumblr sjw stereotype.
Considering I normally don't spend more than ten seconds looking at the screen before launching a game or app, this is really cool but not necessary at all. And if it costs money? Nope.
I feel this should be a whole new franchise. Having a game like Smash bros but racing is fine. If you throw a few random outside characters into a game otherwise completely about Mario though, it just feels random.
1. Luigi is the star. It's also one of the very very few multiform mario games with even a pc version. That would never happen nowadays.
2. The only time travel plot a Mario game had before Mario and Luigi Partners in time
3. An educational mario game. A novelty at best.
Like I said, I don't...
Yeah, Bowser jr never really did anything "wrong". He's an annoying brat but he can't help resemlbing Bowser the most (and according to Nintendo being Bowsers only true child). Anyway, I've always loved Iggy, even when he still had rainbow hair.
I agree. Besides, "fanon" states that Wendy's...
We need Boo back in for sure. As far as Ukiki goes, I don't think so. He isn't in enough games. I just don't see the hype coming from anyone.
They made Petey work for Mario Kart DD but that was different because your kart determined your hitbox. In MP I'd imagine it would be significantly...
Oops! Let me explain. I know Yoshi as a character is extremely popular. I meant game wise he is almost underrated. Most Yoshi games have been pretty "meh" at best. The effort clearly isn't going into Yoshi games. I would never call Yoshi overrated though. He's poplular but I think it's a kind of...
1. The nsmb series is mostly good. Not all great, but they are all solid games
2. The cape feather was the best Mario powerup ever
3. Yoshi games as a whole are mediocre (aside from Yoshi's Island)
4. There is no such thing as a truely terrible Mario game (as in, there is always something at...
Well, in Wario's first game he is particular elf like. Overall I think he's just a "bad" Mario who's name reflects that pun. Waluigi though is a whole different story. I like to imagine he's a random guy who decided he hated Luigi and made himself appear like a split between Wario and Luigi.
My account isnew but I'm not new. I've been around the wiki as Mechayoshi but just now got interested in the forum. I'm a crazed Mario fan and I can defend any Mario game. I'm that hardcore. ( k, not really but I love Mario)
Around maybe 2007, I found the Nintendoland forums and made up Mechayoshi because I loved Yoshi and it was cute. I've moved of to other names but I still use this one in Mario related websites.
Yoshi isn't even close. As far as main mario characters go, he's almost underrated. You could argue Luigi and Rosalina are, although Rosalina is closer simply because it took her half the time to get popular.
