Nice that they made Peach and Daisy wear PROPER soccer outfits this time and not like they want money being thrown at them while passing the ball…though this game is adding customizable outfits, so that could change.
Sooo…they can incorporate voice acting in a small scaled game like Advance Wars, but not Pokémon Legends Arceus? Nintendo’s business practices confuse me.
Some of these are predictions and some of these are hopes.
Super Mario Movie Teaser (Prediction)

Mario Kart 9 (Hope)

Another highly popular M rated title that their previous consoles couldn’t...
L.A. Noire
An Amazing game that captures ‘40s Los Angeles so beautifully, with every single case being so interesting to solve, and some of the best acting in a video game. Though I feel that the ending was kinda weak.
I would like to see them make a single player campaign like Crash Team Racing and Need For Speed Underground 2. The plot would be basic like Peach runs a racing course in her kingdom, but Bowser will turn her race course into his, unless Mario races through all kinds of obstacles as well as...
So many endless possibilities that could come out of this deal like:
Will the scandals come to an end?
Will CoD no longer be released on a yearly basis?
Will Guitar Hero be brought back in a PROPER way? Fuck GH Live.
Will there be less reliant on microtransactions?
Well 2021 is coming to a close, the Game Awards are over, and Halo Infinite just released to a thankfully much better reception than Halo 5. This year overall has been pretty underwhelming in gaming. But next year looks stacked. What games are you excited for to rush to your closest Wal Mart...
Sonic has done open world-ish games before, but never Elder Scrolls and GTA level which is what this game seems to be going for judging by the trailer. Although being a Sonic game no matter how “open ended” it seems there could be invisible walls and won’t rely on side quests.
SpongeBob Lights Camera Pants
SpongeBob Battle For Bikini Bottom
SpongeBob Creature From the Krusty Krab
Dragon Ball Z Budokai trilogy
Dragon Ball FighterZ

The Last Of Us Part II pissed me off in every way. I don’t care how pretty it looks or how polished the controls are. It is one of the worst PS4 titles I’ve played.
It completely negates everything the first game was about. It was about how even though the world you live in may no longer be...
Honestly, the only way to make MVC4 just as great as MVC2 (One of my favorite fighting games and possibly my favorite Dreamcast title), is to go the route of Smash Ultimate and bring back every fighter.
Kaizo Last Of Us. Oh excuse me. “The Last Of Us Part II.” Because this game was clearly a follow up to the amazing first game and not at all a fan game.
Sekiro Shadows Die Twice.
I usually get pissed off at a lot of games, but there’s something about playing a FromSoftware title that’s actually…therapeutic.
Piranha Plants will pop out of the pipe even when you’re standing on it, hammer bros will counterattack your fireballs after throwing them by wacking them with their hammers, boos will follow you everywhere and looking at them won’t work anymore.
The thing with this cast is I’m getting the impression that this movie will most likely be faithful to the Mario games with a touch of the typical Illumination formula ($50 bucks says the Goombas will be the Minions of the movie)…and nothing more.
This may sound strange but I do believe a Mario...
I know Anya Taylor Joy is in Queen’s Gambit, but generally she’s known for starring in supernatural horror films like The Witch, Split and Last Night in Soho. So it’s a fascinating transition from horror…to Princess Peach.
Seth Rogen as DK is the one casting choice that has me confused. I love...
A crossover with Sonic. No. Not another promotion for the Olympics. I mean an actual platforming game with Bowser and Eggman teaming up to stop Mario and Sonic.
It’s not just that, but during that time they’ve been treating third party companies poorly and limiting them on the types of games they could make. So once Sony announced that they’re making a system that would not only optimize discs with plenty of free space, but treat all the third party...
And that’s a GOOD thing. What they’re doing with the Switch is GOOD. I’ve said nothing but positive things about what they’re doing with the Switch, minus the terrible use of online Nintendo still has problems with. I’m saying that because of the console’s sales being one of Nintendo’s highest...
It’s a wake up call because The Wii U bombed, not just because of poor marketing and it’s a stupid name, because the console lacked any real hardware storage and third party support compared to Sony and Microsoft. But as soon as the Switch came out, having more power than the Wii U (Okay maybe...
I’m saying that the Switch’s sales, especially compared to the Wii U’s sales should hopefully be a wake up call for Nintendo, especially since third party companies are FINALLY taking Nintendo seriously again.
As someone who grew up with Nintendo his whole life, I wish Nintendo would get their heads out of their egotistical asses and think a lot more serious about the industry!
When people discuss console wars, why do people usually say “PlayStation or Xbox?” but leave Nintendo out of the question...
So…is the hype gone now? As soon as Richard Horvitz made that confirmation, everyone suddenly went silent about the game? I guess the game will most likely end up as yet another mediocre Nickelodeon crossover game that came and went.
How can you have a fighting game without grunts, screams in pain, or groaning? Let alone a Nickelodeon crossover game with some of the biggest names?! Early Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter titles have that shit!
I wonder if this game will include an Adventure Mode. I know it sounds a bit too ambitious for a Nickelodeon crossover project but these days you can’t make a fighting game without including a story mode. I’m not expecting Nether Realms quality, but I want to see all these characters interact.
If this game can be on the same level as the first, then this is the Mario RPG series we need after being stuck with Paper Mario titles that would always forget what made the first two titles great (Even Super Paper Mario was faithful).
I want more music from franchises that have already been represented in Smash added in Smash Ultimate. More Mario music, Pokémon music, Zelda music, DK music, Banjo music and Sonic music.
One thing that concerns me about Nigel being in is will Tim Curry voice him again? Would be kinda hard to bring out that “SMASHING” energy given his health concerns. I’m guessing they’ll rip some archive audio from the show.
Realistically speaking, I don’t see this game leaving an impact on fighting games or even Nickelodeon games. It looks like it could be good solid fun, but it could end up in a line of forgettable Nickelodeon crossover titles that came and went.
Goo Lagoon announcer: Surf’s up at E3 2021! There goes Microsoft with Halo Infinite! There goes Nintendo with a new Metroid game! Mainline series that is! There goes Bethesda…showing off…Fallout 76 again.
What I’m hoping is after fathers last character, Sakurai takes a year off, and then makes Fighters Pass 3. Because I’d rather them continue making this game, then make an entirely new Smash game from scratch.
