Underwater sections in Sonic games are far worse than anything that the Mario series offers. Sonic can't swim, AND he can drown.
At least in most Mario games, you don't have to worry about drowning.
Of all the Smash Bros. contenders, the Piranha Plant pretty much stands out like a sore thumb. It's so generic, and has never been playable, even in the Mario spin-offs. In other words, it's just so low priority when compared to most of the other potential Super Mario series representatives...
In a way, the Yoshi's Island series can be considered a sub-series, since it has stronger connections to the Super Mario series than what you would get from the Donkey Kong Country or Wario series'.
Since no one else has taken notice, I just want to mention that the upload limit has increased to 100 now. Ironically, I'm not even close to reaching the original 32 limit; I currently have 17 courses uploaded.
I'm not the only person bringing up this issue though. In fact, I've seen some people on Twitter who want to see the Turn and Balanced styles get buffed; this likely won't be happening.
As said already, in a CTR online matchmaking race, even with all the items that exist, you pretty much have no chance of catching up with the top players if you get screwed up very early; even losing the blue fire at certain tracks will very likely result in you losing the whole race. And you...
The problem is, you practically have no chance of winning an online matchmaking race with Turn or Balanced, especially once you find out that the game's advanced techniques fully negate the flaws that the Speed and Drift styles have. The items in that game are just useless at giving players any...
Actually, when it comes to the worst CTR character, King Chicken is pretty much up there, due to being just a clueless chicken with a crown; even Penta Penguin has some personality in him. Yes, Baby Crash and Baby Coco are unnecessary, but King Chicken has to be the biggest joke that I've ever...
It still makes very little sense, especially when you look back at Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon. The Polterpup (and all the Evershade Valley ghosts) lacked irises, because of the Dark Moon's destruction, but since the events of Luigi's Mansion 3 take place after the Dark Moon got restored, seeing...
This is probably something that I should've mentioned sooner, but in Luigi's Mansion 3, doesn't it seem odd that Polterpup is lacking visible irises? I mean, with the Dark Moon fully restored, all the Evershade Valley ghosts (including Polterpup) have visible irises again.
Not every animated Disney movie is a musical though, especially the ones that Pixar was involved with.
With that said, a potential Super Mario movie really has no business being a musical anyway.
It's already confirmed that the game does not support amiibo. Copyright is a major road block for bringing back all the Mystery Mushroom costumes, which is the most likely reason for the power-up's removal.
While difficult for me to decide, I have enjoyed playing Mario Kart 8, but I am retired from online play now.
Double Dash!! had something going with two characters in one kart, but the inclusion of special items meant that some characters were better picks than others. For one example, Donkey...
Sadly, that doesn't really help when your courses are not attracting anybody. Those who are very popular get to feast with a lot of players and likes, while the rest are being treated as lowlifes who are begging for their courses to be played and liked. And let's not forget that Nintendo does...
Well, my Easy Endless Challenge streak has gone over 600 clears now, and my global ranking is in the top 2000. I'll still have to increase my streak further if I want to make it to the top 1000 though; a medal can be earned by accomplishing some sort of task in each of the Endless Challenge...
I've completed all the Story Mode jobs now. I also have a streak of 160 courses completed in the Easy Endless Challenge, but that really isn't anything to write home about when it's close to impossible to ever get a game over on the easiest difficulty level.
I now have my own Nintendo Switch Online account. For those who want to try out my uploaded courses, you can head to the following link...

Edit: On a side note, here's my very first uploaded course.
The game is still a few days old, and yet we already have videos like the one below.

Whenever you see troll courses or cruel courses, they really give the fair courses a bad name, and that's obviously something that Yamamura doesn't tolerate; he does have his own...
I've started working on my very first Super Mario Maker 2 course today. It's almost done, but I do need to perform some more tests (and maybe some additional adjustments) before I decide to upload it. For a hint on the course's theme, it involves the Super Bell.
On a side note, I do have the...
Just in case you aren't aware, the Thwomps in 3D World are safe to touch, so Mario doesn't need Yoshi or a Goomba's Shoe to stand on one. You just don't want to get squished by one, as that equals an instant life loss.
I know that the game hasn't been released yet, but so far, I have been brainstorming some course ideas that would use the 3D World game style. One idea involves using Thwomps in a way that would help Mario.
The E10+ rating for Return to Dream Land might have something to do with Magolor's second phase and Magolor Soul, but neither of them shed blood in any way. Brawl's Teen rating likely has to do with the game's more realistic approach, along with the crude humor involving Wario's Wario Waft, and...
The last game that I've played was the recently released CTR: Nitro-Fueled. I haven't fully completed Adventure Mode yet, but I am doing a Classic playthrough as Crash.
If there's anything to complain about this game, however, it has to be the unlockables, as a lot of the unlockable contents...
GameXplain recently uploaded a video that mentions the object limits that a person has when making a course.

One notable improvement is the amount of Ground tiles that you can utilize; 4,000 per area, AND is in its own category, instead of being part of the blocks...
Even if storage space isn't the issue, think about what caused Triple Battles and Rotation Battles to get thrown out the window. While 2D sprites didn't have performance issues, having 6 Pokemon models present at the same time during a battle really had a negative impact on the 3DS's frame rate.
That is pretty much the downside of transitioning over to 3D models. Storage space would be less of an issue if 2D sprites were still used, but it would also feel quite primitive on a high quality gaming console.
We are talking about a game that's in-sync with the system's calendar though. Game data would be heavily affected if you do any kind of time traveling, which can easily explain why the next Animal Crossing title will not support Cloud Saves.
It's nothing new though, as even older games like Pokemon Colosseum prevent players from copying their game data onto other Memory Cards. Even the Chao Garden data from Sonic Adventure 2 Battle can't be copied.
I think I heard somewhere that Sword & Shield will not support Cloud Saves. Obviously, it's an anti-cheating protocol, since people could potentially abuse the Cloud Save feature to make replicas of their Pokemon party.
Obviously, HD models are going to take up a greater amount of memory than 2D sprites; we're basically talking about the models themselves, along with the textures that they use, which adds to the amount of memory required. The Nintendo Switch may be a strong system, but even its game cards have...
And so the bad news continues even further. According to Serebii, Mega Evolutions and Z-Moves are NOT coming back; the removal of Mega Evolutions definitely hurt the Pokemon who are just flat out bad without that mechanic; Beedrill, Pidgeot, and Mawile are a few notable examples. Likewise...
Mega Abomasnow does have some degree of viability when used in a Trick Room team; it gets better use out of Trick Room than the standard Abomasnow. But even then, it's still plagued with having 7 weaknesses, which is quite awful as a whole.
It will come down to which Pokemon will be available...
I've read somewhere that Sword and Shield will only contain Pokemon who are native to the Galar region. While this may be disappointing, you do need to take into consideration that the games are using 3D models, instead of 2D sprites; that will definitely take a toll on the amount of space that...
If only the maximum length of horizontal sections can be longer than 10 screen lengths. But of course, there has to be limits for what you can implement onto your courses.
