Might be able to simulate regular/hard mode with Yoshi by pausing and exiting the course after taking a hit.
I'm excited for the MMO affect, until then only Mario Kart has a stable MMO of playing with others.
It looks like a step up from Maker, now instead of comments we actually see others...
He's mostly retconned to be honest. Characters from his world are always said to be from Bowsers land now.
I do wonder what direction they'll go, they hinted main Yoshi and Rosalina.. maybe we'll get to see both Yoshi Island and Galaxy
I'd love for Wario and Daisy to make their way but idk how...
No but actually I can't think of any pointless character. Aside from Tiara they're all a variety of avatars for players to select from. The more the merrier. Tiara similar she adds character to a place and moment of her surrounding world, in fact it'd be neat if she were playable.
Yoshi's Island is my all time fav for how it covers a lot of different terrain and is very zany.
Sky High Sundaes cool because it's the first to introduce a real sense of "climbing then dropping"
Also love all the courses that are different roads every lap.
Honestly I miss simpler selection in MK series.. it'd be nice if you just chose from a categorized selection of classes instead of having to read the graph for everything..
With a little additional notes of like "good underwater!"
I'm doing a playthrough of Puyo Puyo Tetris as Amitie when the choice is available.

trophies for battle mode,
Records of who won the gold trophy (character and kart customs)
Return of optional first person view,
Option to show us not right side up when we're not (seriously I usually don't know when I'm upsidedown in mk8d until the replay)
Saaame. It was the one and only part of the movie I didn't like. Disliked even. Idk why I asked for Jack Black singing, I should have known he'd make it all innuendo-y
Seconded, it's come along enough way where it's no longer an experiment, would be a success to copy Oculus.
But ofc Nintendo is Nintendo and they'll want to add their own gimmick somehow
I just want an optional-first-person open world Mario game, of the Mushroom Kingdom. No barren landscapes, I want obstacles and interactivity everywhere.
Mario RPG had rights to its fame in its time, but with Paper Mario and M&L available, it's way overrated in this modern day. Also why is Geno so popular? Is it *because* he looks out of place?
Agreed on Odyssey. It was hyped up to be a huge world to explore like BoTW, but instead we got the equivalent of like 6 painting worlds. The art and characters are nice though.
The moons also are way too easy for anyone's that not new to gaming. This whole game can be beaten in a handful of...
