Yeah, but were talking about the Baby Yoshis becoming them. But now that I think about it, the Baby Yoshis eat objects that you make them contact like in Super Mario World, which allowed them to grow. So perhaps, that will work here as well.
Actually, I think the group of people looking for him is his family. Also, notice how the blue captain is smaller than the others, kind of like a child such as Olimar's son.
Same. I was looking forward to seeing the new title Retro Studios is working on (Hopefully Star Fox). However, we still have the conference later today and the 3DS software conference tomorrow though, so at least there are still a few more surprises.
Iwata mentioned that there was a special reason why Olimar wasn't in the footage and he couldn't mention. This might either be because they didn't want to, or the story may involve trying to find him on the Pikmin planet.
Re: New Super Mario Bros. Wii U-Nintendo Direct Details
Damn, this could actually be one of the greatest Mario Bros. games! The power-ups, Yoshis, art styles, and worlds are just epic! This is definitely going to the top of my hype list of games!
Re: New Super Mario Bros. Wii U-Nintendo Direct Details
Well, it looks like I was wrong. It is a Squirrel Suit. Now that's going to definitely be my favorite Mario power-up of all time! It'll basically be the Tanooki Suit plus the Cape Feather!
I'd just like to say that they had such a good conference because everybody else's was mediocre. Ubisoft's was good, but they still had a few flaws, like the contrasting hosts. I loved Rayman Origins though. If Nintendo brings on a lot of third-party support, and some rumors like a new Star Fox...
Possible? It's downright confirmed. Miyamoto announced it to appear with Pikmin 3 at E3 over a month ago and we saw footage in Nintendo Direct. No offense, I'm just saying.
Nintendo said there won't be a redesign of the 3DS at E3. Also, the Wii U will be the main or maybe even only focus of E3 conference due to the hour-long software conference on Wednesday being exclusive for 3DS.
In the Pokemon Emerald, he was just a giant dragon who woke up, got mad, yelled at Groudon and Kyogre, and then went back to sleep. Yes, in Pokedex entries and spin-offs it is actually intelligent. But in the main games from a gameplay standard, it is just a wild Pokemon, like it is stated. Were...
It's just to see people's thoughts now that Nintendo has finally revealed the option to play with a common next-gen controller instead of the newest "gimmick".
The Wii U GamePad or the Wii U Controller Pro or Wii Remote and Nunchuck?
For me, I think I'll use the GamePad for 3D games, while using the Controller Pro for 2D games like Super Smash Bros. I honestly don't see myself ever using the last option again unless I want to play old Wii games...
Re: New Super Mario Bros. Wii U-Nintendo Direct Details
Maybe because they're beta testers or something? Anything can go. Kepp in mind that during interviews or playthroughs that players and maybe even developers will usually pronounce something or name something incorrect. Regardless, if it is...
Re: New Super Mario Bros. Wii U-Nintendo Direct Details
No, he was specifically talking out Wii U and the games were this and Pikmin 3. He said both would appear at E3.
The games started development only a couple of months ago after Kid Icarus was released. They will definitely not show a trailer. A teaser would even be considered extreme at this point of development. Just expect some information revealed.
Re: New Super Mario Bros. Wii U-Nintendo Direct Details
Personally, I would like it more as a western theme with rocks, heat, cactuses, orange mountains, tumbleweeds, a sprinkle of water and plant life, along with the stuff you mentioned. Not to mention some caves and mine carts.
Re: New Super Mario Bros. Wii U-Nintendo Direct Details
I totally agree with the first two sentences.
Also, they do remind me of DKCR. but the color and exact shape provide some differences to me though.
Man, I really hope there can be a factory, space, or canyon world.
Personally, I think Nintendo already won E3 when they announced today on Nintendo Direct that you could use the Wii U Controller Pro for Smash Bros instead of having to adjust from a Gamecube controller, to that humongous Wii U GamePad.
