Finally decided to use a question mark, eh? Anyway, I'm very excited for this game. I really love the Donkey Kong series, and the game's plot is pretty interesting from what we've seen so far. Still waiting for the Kremlings to return someday though...

In GameXplain's video of the World 4 Boss, there is a Bowser emblem in an elevator-platform thingy, so I think Bowser will be the villain this time around.
