I'd have to go with Melee, even though Brawl had some fun stages, Melee had introduced a lot of new features, and the stages were more fun to play. Maybe if the stage editor was a bit better in Brawl, I might actually like it a bit better. (but it's not a huge part of the game for me anyway)
I have yet to buy the game, but I really do like Fire Emblem, and it's had great reviews. I'm going to try to buy it soon, hopefully I actually can.
The DLC seems pointless to me, I probably won't wind up paying the extra money to get it.
I love both of them equally, so I'd say just get the one that's easiest for you to buy really. Partners in Time was a bit more complex, so if you like that, maybe you should get that over Superstar Saga.
And I take it you've already played Inside Story?
Honestly it was terrible. While I was glad they brought back the turn-based battles, they totally messed them up using stickers. I hated the stickers greatly. It drove me away from Paper Mario, I'm really not sure I want to get another one again. (assuming there actually will be another)
As a whole, I'll have to go with Mario and Luigi. While TTYD is probably my favorite Mario RPG game, the rest of the games in the series were kinda meh. With M&L, well, I just always have fun playing those games to be honest.
^ I partially understand it, but I never really understood politics too well anyway...
But I think this is a really bad thing, it really isn't pointless, I mean they have it there for a reason.
Hm, I had the same problem, but not after closing the internet browser. (One of the games froze at the start screen). If it's continuously happening, you could always try and contact Nintendo Customer Service. Other than that, I don't see it getting fixed unless it's fixed in the next update~
Re: Yarn Yoshi
To be honest, I don't know why they're making another Epic Yarn game. Kirby's Epic Yarn was cool indeed, but I don't see a point really. :P I probably won't get it...
And it's more like just a sequel to Kirby's EY, it looks literally, exactly the same.
