as an absolute beginner, just play the game with cpus for a while until you get comfortable
you can't do anything more intensive than that until you find some mains you like playing as and get accustomed to the game
yeah I should probably rectify- nothing beats playing people in person, but that's probably not a possibility for the time being
though if your goal is elite smash, you'll want to become accustomed to the differences of online play
be careful about trying to get skilled against cpus, they do not play the same way real people will and you could develop some bad playing habits if you rely on that
they're fine to get started with, but nothing beats grinding it out against real people online once you feel comfortable
no idea, but if you just play the game enough you should have more than enough cash for anything you need very quickly
I think you can sell surplus snacks and other items for gold too? Maybe thats just spirit points, I'm not sure
You can also play betting on spectate mode and earn some gold...
I recall playing a 8 player game to get this one, when one cpu goes over the edge, a lot of them tend to follow them off and it's much more likely you can spike at least one of them
Large opponents are of course the easiest to spike, and I would recommend just using your main and practicing...
i work friday to sunday and typically never get a chance to play the tourneys
not that it matters much though since they're always filled with bots when I try them
it's hard to say, each Smash game's been something different to me
Smash 64 was the one I grew up with for a while, and I remember playing it an utter shitload with a LOT of different people, I've got a lot of good memories and weird childhood paranoia with it
Melee was a long, satisfying...
on the other hand, being an animator can be a goal you derive purpose from, and trying to further your skills continually can become a longtime career
being in entertainment can put bread on the table if you put in the work
Donkey Kong Country 3 was one of my first games that I played when I was like 3 and it shaped my taste in music
Minecraft's redstone system actually taught me more about understanding electrical diagrams and the way computer hardware works more than my schooling did
M&L Superstar Saga's art...
it does kind of give off a dentist visit feel, huh
it was really just supposed to be a chair thats as chunky as possible, while being up on one wheel somehow
imo:
Basically all the third parties, sans maybe Pac Man if Bamco is still developing, and Sonic because he's kind of a staple now
Clones that were brought back to appease the tagline- Young Link, Pichu, Wolf
Some sillier characters probably get dropped- Duck Hunt, Wii Fit and Game and Watch...
Fox, and by extension Falco and Wolf may have had a later introduction if Star Fox 64 hadn't done so well, or maybe none at all since Star Fox doesn't seem to do as well as 64 did lol
Still pretty curious as to how Ness got in 64 at all, since the obvious saying is "all the unlockables borrowed...
Characters with historical significance, that I or others will enjoy a lot. I don't really care about Terry, but I'm glad he makes a lot of people happy and that he comes from somewhere unusual to me that I can learn a bit about. Also voted for unrepresented non Nintendo universe for this...
