I don't even know if Cranky is the original Donkey Kong. Maybe he is the original Donkey's father which means that the modern DK is the old DK Jr. That would make more sense, since Cranky is a skinny short dude and calls DK grandson.

The only dangerous attack is the horizontal clapping. Once you figure out how to avoid it, he's piece of cake regarding the first part of the battle (hitting his hands). For the second part, the only thing you need to do is time well your third attack on his button. Mirror Mode wasn't as hard...

I had more trouble with 4-K. You can die on every part of that level, while in 6-K it's only the electrical bat you have to be careful of.

Nope. I 've only beat the mirror mode and I unlocked the golden temple images. Everything is unlocked in the extras section. Time attacks are just for fun then.

jagged jewels on mirror mode is insane!!! It's definitely the hardest level on mirror mode.

Any expansions with characters from Mario-relared series are welcome. It's the random expansions like FF and DQ that are annoying.

wii wheel with Funky Kong and Standard Large Kart. Wii Wheel is the best it's so weird when people complain about its accuracy. The analogue stick is way less accurate IMO.

This game is amazing. Right now I 'm in 3-4 and I have got all pieces of puzzles and Kong letters. I have already forgotten the lack of Kongs, other animal buddies and water levels.

Yeah platform panic that's wht i meant. It's kind of the second if you count 1-4 (where you need Cranky's key) as the first unlockable. I just played co-op with a friend and it's real fun. Of course you r gonna die a whole lot, but it's still very good how you don't collide with your teammate...

I just got my pre-ordered game! woohoo! The game is totally awesome I just finished the first level. It's really challenging to get everything.

I just finished the game and the final boss was totally worth it. Overall it's a pretty good game, worth the 15000 points if you are a Sonic fan. It does have some disadvantages like dull music, excessive use of homing attack and the bad physics that make Sonic slow in his running start.

The Europe date is February 4. It has been anounced since Thursday I think, why didn't you just check the Marioverse relevant page? It says it there clearly.

I was not complaining I was stating a fact. I have no reason to complain about Mario Sports Mix anymore, it is what it is.

I think that it should be named M&FF Sports Mix because it's clearly more of a mix of the two series than a typical Mario game. It's not just abt the 5 FF characters, look at how they bring FF bosses in the game. I hope that this will be restricted to basketball games developed by Square Enix...

The game looks good, but I don't know if the controls are complicated or something. It's kind of hard to keep on track about what's going on while watching the matches and stuff.

There's absolutely no chance there are other unlockable characters. If there were any, we would definitely know by now.
