By "different-party", I meant games actually made by companies like Camelot or Intelligent Systems and only published by Nintendo. The other games, like my example of Luigi's Mansion, were made and published exclusively by Nintendo.

MGTT and SPM are different-party games. I realize Luigi has quite the personality in them; I was talking about games made directly by Nintendo.

That's true, but Luigi usually seems to have no personality at all in non-different party games, save for Luigi's Mansion.

I once played a store demo of Kirby: Squeak Squad, but I don't really think that counts. :smug:

Yes. They localized it to Western and European countries after Roy and Marth showed their faces in Melee.

They're a type of animated image called a GIF. A couple programs can make them, but GIF-making is a rather rare skill... Smiddle or 3dejong could make you a GIF, as could Dry Bones, although his stop moving after awhile...

It DOES rain in Mario games. Try Luigi Circuit on Mario Kart: Super Circuit. You won't like it...
