Films have to cut out content otherwise the Potter films would be over 5 hours long for each one.
Books and film are meant to compliment one another anyway.
90's, since it was far away from hippies and Nintendo were at their peak then.
They still are now but there were many great games to choose from, and all the "classic" games were released then.
I've gone back to an old favourite, Dead Rising on 360.
With all its flaws, and dodgy AI, its still a fun game, and you can just kill all the survivors since you aren't penalized for doing so.
Tippi since she was actually relevant to the games story.
Not saying the others weren't, but after the initial meetings, they were just floating behind you saying nothing.
Princess Shroob from Partners in time.
A 3 tier boss fight, no breaks in between and loads of powerful attacks you can be hit by.
Not to mention there's a combined total of 9000 HP (I believe) to take down.
I'd say Vivian, since she is the most powerful, when fully upgraded.
Fiery Jynx does about 5 damage to everyone when fully upgraded and all button presses are done right, and its cheap in terms of FP.
Best partner to fight the Shadow Queen as well.
Rosalina was referred to as a Princess once, since that though she hasn't.
Probably Daisy though since she's quite underrated and her "HI I'M DAISY" can be quite funny sometimes.
I have:
New avatar and a new sig.
My avatar is a Standard Enclave Soldier in MK II Power Amour
My Sig is the two versions of the Big Daddy, Rosie and Bouncer, plus a Little Sister.
Be fully prepared to spend over an hour doing the campaigns, dying happens a lot so don't let that get you down, just keep on going and eventually you'll beat them.
Expert Mode isn't so tough, I've done all 4 campaigns on it.
Its merely a matter of not shooting people and being aware of your surroundings.
Oh and it is not recommended to even attempt Expert with random people since someone usually gets annoyed and shoots everyone, stick to friends only...
Actually, Left 4 Dead on 360 is slightly inferior to its PC incarnation since L4D was developed with the PC in mind due to Valve not being overly keen about developing on consoles, (they hate the PS3 since its a nightmare to code for)
All the 360 misses out on is user made content and instant...
Merchant and his comedy cockney accent was the best part of the game.
That and the Infinate Ammo Chicago Typewriter just made the game more awesome.
Thumbs up to the Plagus Extraction Laser in the PS2/Wii versions that blasted every enemy away in 1 shot, it destroyed entire hordes in a flashy...
We'll die when America pushes the Big Red Nuclear Weapon Launch button in WW3.
You just know the next world war will be a nuclear one.
I do hope the world ends up like the Fallout universe, except less Super Mutants.
Games:
Kameo: Elements of Power - 360
People nowdays seem to brush this game off, I quite enjoy playing it, its also one of Rare's first 360 games and even though its old, it still looks amazing.
It also has very good music, orchestral basically like all of Rare's games thesedays.
Killer 7: GC...
My money's on a Metroid game.
Yes I know the two Gamecube ones are coming to Wii but it'd be nice to have another brand new Metroid game on either Wii or DS sometime.
The downside to Easter here is that all the shops close and people yesterday were buying loads of food because to them, the shops being closed for a day is a huge disaster.
Well since my family has gone to church this morning, it must be Easter.
Why am I not with them you ask? well, I'm an Atheist.
So then, anybody get the chocolate Easter eggs you were requesting or did you get something better than mere eggs?
Oh and I purchased two eggs personally for myself. :posh:
The DSi store is a dead zone, though the 1000 free Nintendo Points were nice, means I can buy something in the future for free.
I do however, like the Mario, Luigi, Peach and Toad sprites on the store download screen, very cool.
I got a DSi today.
The lack of a GBA slot is disappointing, the Cameras are nothing special.
However, I do like the Main menu music, its a lot nicer than the Wii's music.
