It's the cover of the japanese only game "Chu-Teng" for Mac/PC/DOS, released around 1995, created by Osamu Sato. You might know him, he kinda sorta made that "LSD: Dream Emulator" game. But he has other stuff and it's just as surreal and awesome. In fact, I pretty much lead the Sato fanbase...

I originally made an account on the wiki years ago named Camwoodstock, but I forgot the stuff for it, down to the e-mail used. So, I'd like to ask that that be renamed something else so I can reclaim the regular username of Camwoodstock. And, uh, if this is for forum names only... sorry.
