I like the in-between time best too. Especially around the time of Yoshi's Story, Mario Party 1-3, and Paper Mario (so basically the N64 era). Yoshi's Story was my first video game, and it is my third favorite to this day (Paper Mario is my favorite). ^_^ A bunch of nostalgic things came out...
