Pokémon Trading Card Game, Pokémon Trading Card Game Online, and Kirby's Dream Land 2
The first game was an impulse buy I didn't expect to enjoy as much as I did (and do. Having completed and collected everything, I can essentially just play the TCG whenever I get the urge). The second one has...
Xenoblade Chronicles 3D
After an apparent two-year hiatus, I found and fought a boss and can now leave Valak Mountain. I think at this point, it's safe to say that if I finish the game this decade, I won't play 2 or 3 since I'd have to commit to them in order to avoid relying on vague memories...
I dislike when important information is conveyed once (through dialogue or in cutscenes) without subtitles or some sort of textual record, such as in God of War II.
When I finally get around to playing through Tropical Freeze, I hope it doesn't hurt my hands as much as DKC Returns 3D (I did everything except time attack and mirror mode).
Donkey Kong Land III (103%) and Donkey Kong Country (101%, which was long overdue and, I think, made easier by having five games' worth of practice).
I spent all of DKC3 after Riverside Race expecting to have to beat one or two more records somewhere and was disappointed when the opportunity...
Donkey Kong Land (100%), Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest (102%), Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! (103%), and Donkey Kong Land 2 (100%).
I decided to get the Land games before Nintendo made my chances of ever playing them significantly more difficult, and that...
I'd opt for the latter, but I think it's like Wario's use of German in that it's such a minor aspect of the character (so far) that being pedantic doesn't really accomplish anything.
I wish the release of the original Mario Party had been followed by distinct physical board games based on each of the boards. Buying one board game would have made the others eligible for discounts, and the six playable characters could have been available separately (my imagination has them in...
Part of the process apparently involves deactivating the enzyme(s) responsible for giving it its flavor. I think that's because it's marketed as a milk alternative, and the trend is to make alternatives as much like the original thing as possible, whenever possible.
It's a simple but engaging concept. I can't remember if I'd already seen the film adaptation of Needful Things (it's a 1991 Stephen King novel) or if I sought it out afterward, but it increased my appreciation of the episode immensely.
Well, I'm glad I took the time to look at the case names, since I almost mentioned one from the third game (playing the trilogy made me think of them as one long one, I guess). I found 1-4 to be the most compelling.
Mario Tennis Aces
Finally won an online tournament. I didn't expect the reward to be that great, and I was not disappointed because I didn't have any disappointment left after the adventure and CPU tournament modes. I do enjoy playing against people, though.
Just finished Dragon Ball Super. I think that's the first time I watched something just so I'd recognize characters that may or may not get added to a video game.
Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge
I didn't know this game existed until a week ago, which is weird because I knew about Banjo-Pilot, Sabre Wulf, and It's Mr. Pants.
