I love the U.S. "Super Mario Bros 2" and think they need to revisit that style of gameplay again in the future.
"Super Mario Sunshine" is annoying to play.
A favorite bad movie I absolutely adore is "Squirm," which was filmed in Alabama, and I think it starred several local actors in various supporting roles, but the defining feature was that it asked you buy earthworms as the movie's monster. Yes, really. Basically, downed power lines trailing...
That is one version of the story I've read. Honestly, I've heard about three or four different ways. The most cynical but believable to me is that they were told to make it Starfox so it could never be ported to another console.
I'm aware. I'm just saying I miss having a fully completed game in my hands on the day I buy it. I never realized what a freaking luxury it was until I beheld the horror of "Assassin's Creed: Unity". I think we as gamers just gave too much ground over the years.
Games being completed by the dev team upon release being the norm. That's one novelty I miss from older games. I am so tired of post-release patches being a necessity in a lot of modern titles.

My headcanon is of a stubbornness to refuse to accept Nintendo's revised backstory for the Mario brothers. To me, they'll always be those Brooklyn plumbers who got sucked through a magic drainpipe into the Mushroom kingdom.
I don't think it's a matter of "should" or "shouldn't", per se. I think a sequel is an inevitable eventuality. It might take a while, but I guarantee it will be made someday, should or shouldn't be damned.
As in the platformers?
I've played the Super Mario Bros trilogy on the NES
Super Mario World
SMW 2: Yoshi's Island
Super Mario 64
Super Mario Sunshine
Super Mario Galaxy
Super Mario Galaxy 2
Super Mario Odyssey
I've attempted "Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels" many years ago, and while I did...
Hi, I am the Strange Avian, and I have found new roosting grounds. I've been a Mario fan since I was 4 years old (32 now), ever since I first played the original NES Super Mario Brothers on my Cousin's console. I've had a long history with the series but I've stuck through it through the good...
