Here is a quiz for Donkey Kong 64 levels having arrangements of music from other games and I am asking which level has an arrangement of a Donkey Kong game that came out earlier.
This was inspired by the Europe Road Trip story arc from "The Loud House" which will air sometime next month. I wanted to use characters from various universes from the Super Smash Bros series in this poll so that there can be a different set of characters than in Mario Kart Tour.
Board games was the homecoming theme at my high school during my senior year and my graduating class' subtheme was Candy Land. The others were Clue for freshmen, Trouble for sophomores, Monopoly for juniors, and Sorry for staff. So I thought it would be a fun idea to make this kind of poll.
Peter Marshall (the original game show host of "The Hollywood Squares") passed away last month while Bob Barker (one of the game show hosts for "Truth or Consequences" and "The Price is Right") passed away last year, so I am making this poll as a special tribute to them.
Here is a fun and VERY positive poll I am posting here. I included reading comprehension as an option because reading is an essential skill to have, especially to pass the reading SOL to graduate high school.
Mario and Luigi will have dual voice actors in this game with Kevin Afghani and Charles Martinet together this time. I am assuming that this upcoming game will have a mix of archival and new voice recordings.
Was the music in the Game Boy Advance remake of Mario Bros (which was featured in the Super Mario Advance games as well as Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga) first playing in phase 5 originally from the original Mario Bros (1983) or Super Mario Bros (1985)?
I played Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and when I noticed the names of the staff ghost profiles, they seem to be the same CPU Miis from Wii Sports Club and Wii Party U. Plus, I discovered their nationalities.
This is an episode from "The Loud House" and the title of it is "Game Boys" which is a reference to the Nintendo handheld console Game Boy. Plus, the title card for this episode is a reference to Nintendo platformer from 1985 called "Super Mario Bros.", which spawned a media franchise of the...
In fact, not only the Luigi's Mansion theme, but also arrangements of music originally from Super Mario Bros 3 and Super Mario Land can be played in the Luigi's Mansion stage for the Super Smash Bros series including Wii U and Ultimate.
Since later Mario games have cover versions or arrangements of music originally from earlier Mario games, this gave me an idea to make a quiz called "What Mario game was this music originally from" with the questions being in multiple choice format. I will use the word "ORIGINALLY" in all caps...
In fact, some TV show episodes I watched, specifically on Nickelodeon and/or Nicktoons had the coin sound effect from the Super Mario franchise. These episodes were "Present Tense" from The Loud House and "Guess Who's Shopping For Dinner" from The Casagrandes.
In the Fairly OddParents episode "Power Mad!" when Timmy, A.J., and Chester lose a life, the sound that plays is exactly the same sound that plays when you hit an enemy in the 1983 arcade game Mario Bros. Also, The way Chester was pushed off the desk is similar to Mario or Luigi falling off...
I know these two courses are new (nitro) courses in Mario Kart DS, but playing on these courses made me feel retro in a way because Delfino Square reminded me of Super Mario Sunshine while Tick Tock Clock reminded me of Super Mario 64.
I knew the original Mario Bros came out in 1983, but the version I grew up playing was the GBA remake that was featured in the Super Mario Advance games and Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga.
So, for the music in the Game Boy Advance remake of Mario Bros starting in phase 5, was this music...
For the music played at Peach's Castle in the game Mario & Luigi: Partners In Time, was the music to this tune originally from this game or another Mario game?
