I noticed that the Entance Key and Tower Key items still haven't been separated from the Station Key and Palace Key pages. Shouldn't that be taken care of since they're considered separate items in the remake?

I've been looking around the wiki and I noticed that the "Orange Potion" page still hasn't been moved to its new remake name "Yellow Potion". Shouldn't pages be moved to their most current name if the subject gets renamed?
