3DS and Miis

That is stupid; if I want to create something, I'd play Spore

Was Tomodachi Collection ever released in the US?

You can transfer miis from DS to Wii or vice versa from that game.

I personally like Mii Studio.
It has a lot more options than Mii Channel had (more hair styles, more eyes, etc.).
The fact that you can get a Mii from the internet, using just a QR-Code, is great too.
Beside that, I really like their animations.

I personally don't mind the Miis all that much. If it helps Nintendo make money then good. It's not like their shoehorning them in every single game (That is unless the only games for the Wii you have are the Mario Sports games) and I think they have a better set up for Miis on the 3DS. More options and a photo shoot sounds awesome.

I like miis, they are fun, but I don't think this is a good idea...
Nintendo could make updates and improves on the channel... :(

Aside from losing a little hard drive space on the system there is no downside to a Mii channel.

>>Herr Shyguy
That's ironic: There is no hard drive in a 3DS.
Everything has been saved on internal flash memory, or on your SD card.

I know that, but it's still using space on the system even if you can't use that space yourself.

Some people don't want to make an avatar of themselves. Like me. I'd rather have a bird or Mario for an avatar.

Uh, no, I'm camera shy. Can't I upload a picture I like via SD card for my avatar?

You don't need a Camera to "easily" make a Mii, you can also use a QR-Code.
Here's one I made a while ago of a popular meme:

This Mii is not based on anyone, just that Awesome smiley.

Usage
Go to Mii Studio > QR-Code.
Simply point your 3D camera to that QR-Code, and the Mii will pop-up.

This sounds cool :)

Ok, so how do we access a QR code?

>>Baby Luigi Lacertae
Go to the Mii Studio, and tap "QR-Code".
Tap the first option to import a Mii from a QR-Code, and point the 3D camera on the code.
The Mii will pop out of the QR-Code, and it will be saved on your 3DS.

>>Itsa that Guy!
What's a hair dye thingy?
I can feature out if there is or not.

I believe that the game doesn't detect color changes in your dyed hair. Not that i dye hair myself; I didn't see an option on hair-dying.
