It's some sort of in-joke he has. I think he felt like getting all the stars. He's not banned, it's fine.

OK, Gamefreak kept an "April Fool's" membergroup for over a month and we have users in the groups "A Guy" and "honk" - can we establish that membergroups don't really matter to the mods?

Gray stars don't necessarily mean a user is banned, they're just used in the membergroup we put banned members in. In this case I just made the Scorpion King position for Ninji and gave him 99 gray stars.
