I searched for a topic like this and it turns out there was one, but I didn't want to bump it, and it was more so listing villians rather than dicussing about them, so I made this thread. Discuss who you guys think are the most evil villains ever in fiction. (By the way, fiction is non-real). I'll post my opinions later.
