It's not all that bad, although it looks kind of odd how different the... Outlining can be. (White part of the shell has a jet black outline, the spiny itself's outline is just a darker color for the outline, and then the red part of the shell loses the outline entirely.)
It's weird how one of his right eyebrow bends up a lot more than the other one.

I agree with Shyguy and judging by your avatar, I don't think side-by-side artwork things are your friend right now.
I think the Spiny is okay. If you made it into a vector it could make for some nice simple clip art or icon. Keep it up!
