Do you have your Wii set on its side or standing up?

What position do you have your Wii set in?

I was just curious. My Wii is standing up.
 
Usually on its side so I don't topple it over while using a GCN controller
 
I guess the Wii can get damaged if toppled over too many times

My Wii is fine too, only that I broke the lid arms that keep it in the Wii. It's so cheaply made.

The stuff that supports the lid into the Wii. That stuff is so flimsy

The lid has stuff jutting out of it from underneath. That stuff is very easy to break
 
It's standing up, directly aside my TV/Monitor and my DVD Recorder.
 
On its side. If standing up, I looks weird, and I heard it reads discs better wheen Wii's on its side.

I seldom have disc problems with my Wii and its standing up, so I dont know.
 
What I did notice, my GCN discs don't get accepted by my Wii, and while standing up, there's no way of getting them out of my Wii.
However, if I put it on its side, put in a Wii disc, and eject them, both discs come out of the Wii.

Mine GCN games work while it's standing up
