Shrek 2. Practically the entire movie is hilarious, but the best part was when Mongo attacked the castle. "Not the gumdrop buttons!" Plus epic music is playing in the background.

Oh, and you misspelled the thread title. Hilarious only has one "L".

In Turtles Forever, 80's Raphael breaks the 4th wall 3 times with Hun (2003 Casey's arch-enemy) on screen every time.

In the original TMNT movie, there was this scene where Michelangelo held a bottle of Turtle Wax as a substitute for ointment causing April to laugh and Casey rolls his eyes.

In the third Pokemon movie, Meowth said "Maybe we'll get a bigger part in the next movie", and in Pokemon 4Ever, they just made speaking cameos.
