I taught my Blastoise Rapid Spin in LeafGreen, which was useless back then. That's the biggest example I can remember, but there are countless.
 
I remember only working on my user page in the newb days. Also, besides that, the only thing I did and the reason I registered in the first place was to vote in the Featured Images

Some friends and I raided a message board when I was 14. We changed it from its original name into "FUDDZ FOWUMZ" and messed with the board's swear filter for posts:

I'll never do anything like that again. The owner isn't angry at me anymore, obviously - I have him added on Facebook.

Also, the only n00by thing I did was:

Me: Hi, customer care, can I help you?
Cus: Yeah, my PC is not working.
*15 minutes of trying to help later*
Me: If you try to plug in the power cord to your PC?
Cus: *Got mad* It finally works, I knew I couldn't trust that fucking customer care bullshit! *He hangs up*

Not my action, but still funny:

Me: Okay, can I note your name?
Cus: [Office name].
Me: I mean, your first name and last name.
Cus: *Got pissed off* We don't have any first names or last names. *He hangs up*
 
When I actually started to become active on the MarioWiki, I had absolutely no idea how to use the wiki syntax.
I also edited my userspace too often back then.
