how do you activate that cheat?

My AR disc broke a long time ago, but I'll tell you what I remember.
Put the Action Replay disc in the GameCube or Wii (I believe that ARs are rare), then go into "choose game" and SSBM. Then, find out what version of SSBM you have.

NTSC 1.0
Enter new code, name it to "Debug menu" and type the following:
