The Times of the Posts

Ok, I am in central time (CT) and when I see a post it is an hour ahead of my time. Is there anywhere I can go to change that? Such as settings or something? Because I don't like seeing an hour ahead when I post, it's annoying.

FOR EXAMPLE:

Profile > Account Settings > Modify Profile > Look and Layout.
Now either click "Auto Detect", or put in "-1", in case it's on "0", or "-2", in case it's on "-1", etc.
