Pictures and Sigs

Some pictures that people are posting are not showing up on my computer. I used to be able to see any picture that a person posted (or has in his/her sig). Do I need to upgrade anything? Thanks!
Also if this helps: I use Windows 7 and Firefox.

If you mean some of the Homestuck images, Skaia.net, where a lot of said images are located, is currently down. Hopefully it will be back up soon.

If you aren't talking about those, then I don't have a clue.
