so is your point is Rosalina or Mario Kart? that's a little vogue

Rosalina was limited in the plot of Galaxy series as a manager and babysitter
her future career needs attention if she can be something else like mentor or friend of Peach and Mario
and even if she won't appear in other Mario main games, she's still Luckier than many other main characters

but whatever, Rosalina is a very new character in Mario history though
it's weird from this confirmed video of Kart 7 that Birdo, Toadette and Waluigi haven't come yet (though hidden characters more possible)
so Rosalina may more suitable as a hidden one like last time?
it's okay for Lakitu if as only species, but Metal Mario is a bit..... if those above didn't come?

It's cool to see Rosalina return, and the unexpected editions of Lakitu and Metal Mario seems pretty interesting (at least to me!). Also good to see Wario and Daisy confirmed too.

Lakitu and Metal Mario will be joining the race as well. Of course, this Lakitu is wearing a red shell.

Not really. The referee Lakitu is wearing a green shell. The playable one wears a red shell.

Not hearing about Waluigi does make me wonder though. Maybe Nintendo is hiding his relevance for a while longer.

I haven't heard or seen Rosalina in Mario Kart 7...

What I HAVE seen is that Lakitu and Metal Mario will be in it...

Metal Mario's one thing, but HOLY SHIT, LAKITU?! The guy who ways the checkered flag is actually going to participate in the race?! I wonder if he actually drives his cloud...

Well actually it is a cloud shaped kart. A red Lakitu as well.

The green shelled Lakitu is the referee; the red shelled Lakitu is a racer. Problem solved, just like with Koopa Troopa and Koopa Paratroopa in Double Dash!!.

Lakitu being playable is probaly the reason why everyone can drive underwater.

I just said that the green shelled Lakitu is the referee. Generics can have multiple roles after all.

Metal Mario? That is interesting. Overall, the choice of characters are a bit odd. There is no Toadette, Waluigi, Diddy Kong, or Bowser Jr. Im hoping theres more.
