Oh, it might pass. There is actually a good chance. There are plenty of stupid laws out there. In Louisiana, House Bill 195 outlaws the use of cash in the transactions of secondhand goods. Now, no one follows that rule though. They would have to throw me in jail for all the crud I buy at garage sales. But imagine a USA where these stupid laws are followed. We're coming closer and closer everyday.
