Wi-Fi question.

On Mario Kart Wii, I unlocked all of the unlockable characters besides Mii Outfit B. If I were to play against some of you, would you guys have every single playable character available?

Using Dry Bowser as the example, let's say that none of you have unlocked him. We all race together. Would you guys be able to choose him?

And that's why I get frusrated on Wi-Fi when I race against people as Dry Bowsers as I don't have him yet

My Brother still does not have Dry Bowser and a few Karts but does have Mii Outfit B because he seems to love Time Trials.
