Need someone with good photo editing software (Resolved)

I tried to use MS Paint to edit my avatar for Christmas, but it ruined the quality. I would prefer it if you could do it quick, because Christmas is only a couple weeks away. I just want a Santa hat similar to what a lot of people have done to their avatars.
