Mario Kart 7 Tournament?

I get Mario Kart 7 for christmas and i just wanted to know, via poll, if You'd like to be in a Tournament on January 1st, 2012 at 1pm EST.

I will make a new thread the day after christmas for sign ups and your character/vehicle selections if a respectable number areup for this.

This is pretty much a month in advance, so this allows people time to set things up. ALso for those who get it at christmas it gives us a week to get used to it, which shouldnt be a problem. It would be awesome if this could happen.
