What are your weakness in video game

ToxBox

Power Star
Do there is enemy or events that is tough for you go do or get past for while

Mine weakness is upside down effect, it is caused my Magolor Soul and Sliver Sphere Doomer EX and they can cause the screen go upside down and I can get confused about up or down

Reverse left and right doesn't affect me in SSBB spear pillar, I know how to control that

Reverse mechanics have always been easy for me for some reason, unless they're rigged to be as hard as humanly possible in all cases. A simple up-down switch doesn't bother me at all.

My weakness is those Fission Metroids on the bottom level of the Phazon Mines in the PAL/Trilogy versions of Metroid Prime. Basically, unless you're a hardcore sequence breaker (which is way harder on the Trilogy version anyway), you're forced to backtrack through at least half of the bottom level, all the way if you want the Missile Expansion at the other end, through dark rooms best navigated with the Thermal or X-Ray Visor. The only problem with that is those darned Fission Metroids; after you damage them a bit, they split into two Metroids, each with a color corresponding to one of Samus' Beams. Under ordinary circumstances, this isn't as much of a problem, but if you want to be able to see where you're going in this case, you need to use a visor that doesn't show colors. So you back to the Combat Visor and you can see the Metroids' colors, but then you can't see where you're going. Near the end of that sequence, I wound up spamming Charge Combos just to get out of there asap.

Shadow Queen from PMTTYD, I died 30 times until I paid other 1 50 hp shroom so I have 2 50 hp shrooms

Rapid button tapping can be a problem for me. For some games, however, it's not as harsh.

@King DDD: Last I've checked, the Ice Sphere Doomer can't turn the screen upside-down; that tactic is performed by the Ice Sphere Doomer EX.

Some games use it effectively, some don't; it usually depends on the situation for me.

Quick-time events, escort missions, motion controls, cover-based shooting, iron sight shooting, first-person platforming, dual morality systems, bullet time.

and by "weakness" I mean "mechanics and control schemes I despise and wish never existed"

THIS. I've always had a problem with that.

Hi Yahtzee get off DP's account please.

Hammer Bros. are pretty tough to get past. I have a much easier time getting past Fire or Boomerang Bros.. I also hate the Angry Sun.

NO I ALSO ADDED BULLET TIME WHICH YAHTZEE RARELY EVER CRITICIZES ORIGINAL CHARACTER DON'T STEAL

Mario Party minigames that involve rotating the control stick. They're hard, painful, and result in messing up my already broken controllers.

I'm outright terrified of the spooky levels. That's pretty much what prevents me from completing a game 100%.

Horror Land (Mario Party 2)
Forever Forest (Paper Mario)
Creepy Steeple and The Palace of Shadow (Paper Mario 2)
Threed (Earthbound)
The Graveyard (Luigi's Mansion)
Pokemon Gravesites (all Pokemon games, although Mt. Pyre wasn't too bad)
Hang Castle/Mystic Mansion (Sonic Heroes)

You should see what my brother thinks of the Old Chateau. Especially when that creepy girl is there.

Most water levels are annoying

I dislike sticking around the Old Chateau in the Generation IV Pokémon games for too long. Probably because of the ghosts.

I get cocky.

"Oh yeah, I can totally make that jump without having to wait for that thing to pass".

Nope.

Nope.

Overestimating your jumps can be a major weakness in a 3D platformer.
