Are there any specific rules for Fan Creations anywhere? And do you have to ask for a user's permission before you use them in a story, even if it is a tiny cameo?

1. Pretty sure that the rules in FC are the same as anywhere else on the forums.
2. Technically, no, but you should.

You should ask people before putting them in yes. Or, just have sign ups and people will sign up to be in it.

Alrighty then. I was just wondering before I made my story. Someone should probably put some more specific rules in Fan Creations.

Userpedia has stuff about asking for permission. I'd just use those, even if you're just posting it in Fan Creations. They seem to be pretty reasonable rules.
