#1 Magolor Soul EX
#2 Galacta Knight
#3 Marx Soul

#1 and #2 is from Kirby's Return to Dreamland and #3 is from Kirby Super Star Ultra

For me, it was Drawcia's Soul. Before that I learned that you can physically damage her soul, the only method I had of damaging her was touching those flower things. X(

Marx Soul is probably one of the toughest Kirby bosses out there.

Drawcia Soul, Marx Soul and Galacta Knight were all pretty bad.
Although Wham Bam Jewel annoyed me for a while.
