Steam error

So we just had a power outage, and as I restarted my computer, the following error message came up for Steam:

ERROR

Steam.exe (main exception): CMultiFieldBlob(pSerialized): Partial field header at end of record.

I read on the Steam forums that you need to delete the CMultiFieldBlob file, but where is this file exactly? Thanks in advance.

Try searching it in File Explorer. The best thing to do is wait 24 hours
