If I missed a big one speak up. :D Mine's Pineapple Pie. It's not very common but I make it myself and it's probably the most delicious thing I've ever had. This is the recipe I use.
I have nothing wrong with savory pies they are simply not the subject of this poll.
Pastry for a 9-inch; double-crust pie
2 Eggs
2/3 c Sugar
1 tbsp Fresh lime or lemon juice
1 pineapple, diced
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
some degree of cornstarch
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Roll out half of pastry on floured surface and line a pie pan. Beat eggs, sugar and lime juice in bowl until smooth. Add your spices. Stir in pineapple. Stir in cornstarch until it seems properly gooey this will make it so that it's not too watery trust me. Pour into pastry shell. Roll out remaining pastry and fit over top of pie. Trim edges and flute.
Bake pie 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees; bake 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
