If the poll creator allows it, yes. Click "Remove Vote" and just vote again.

Note that some polls have that disabled.

there is an option that the person who is making the poll can select that allows users to change their vote. dammit lkg

However for some reason if the poll is edited, the option to change your vote is turned off and it can only be turned back on by a mod. And if you don't select in the first place you'll still need a mod to enable if you want to have it enabled later.
