PokePark 2: Wonders Beyond help!

I'm on Crag Area. I befriended Primeape, then a Ferroseed appeared. The Ferroseed wants me to take it to a place that has a treasure chest, but I don't know how to get to it! Help!

Bring Ferroseed to the west side of the top level, above the treasure chest, by climbing up the spiral path.
