V2W: Forum's Choice IV (Champion Celebration, Stats, Voter Awards, etc)

i am bad at introducing things like this, but

Hello everyone, and welcome to Forum's Choice IV! It's been nearly a month since the third game ended, with Iroh becoming the third Forum's Choice champion. And now, here we are again - this time with a new host, Drew Carey John O'Hurley Princess Celestia Poochy me! And soon, we will find out who will join the likes of Iroh, Proto Man, and Rainbow Dash and become the next Forum's Choice champion.

Once again, we have the top twelve series from the last game competing again, with (mostly) new characters competing. And once again, you guys get to decide the twelve new series. Here are the rules for this:
-To nominate the series you want to see in the game, simply place the name of the series you wish to nominate in bold.
-It's first come, first served.
-Each person may nominate only one series.
-The top twelve cannot be replaced.
-A series that was eliminated in any of the previous Forum's Choice games cannot be nominated again.
-Any series that seems to be nominated as a joke will not be accepted.

After 12 series have been nominated, the character nomination phase will start. Here's the rules of that:
-A list will be placed in the OP with all of the characters nominated and how many votes that character has.
-To give a vote to a character, type their name in green.
-To remove your vote, type their name again in red.
-Characters that made it to at least Round 3 in any FC game cannot come back.
-Characters that did not will be allowed back, but there's a limit to these:
--Top 3 of FCIII: No characters will be allowed back. All five will have to be new.
--4-6: One character may come back if the voters wish.
--7-9: Up to two characters may come back.
--10-12: Up to three characters may come back.
-If two or more characters are tied for the fifth spot in a series at the end of the character nomination process, an emergency matchup will be held to decide who gets in.
-During this phase, you may suggest series replacements. For it to go through, you need at least ten people to support your replacement. The person who
suggests the replacement counts as one supporter.
--However, if someone opposes, the suggestion needs one more support vote before it can go through.
---The player who nominated the series that is up for replacement cannot oppose.
-This part will last around 10 days.

And finally, once all of the characters are set in stone, the journey to the championship will begin. Here are the rules once the actual game begins:
-If you insult a character in any way, your vote will be revoked.
-If you do this three times, you are banned from voting for the rest of the game.
-Do not do this to other voters either.
-You may change your vote whenever you want - however, you can only do this three times per round.
-And pretty much every normal V2W rule applies.

One more thing. During round one, you may vote for the BYE winners. To do this, PM me a list including this:

The character you place in the spot marked "1." will receive 50 points. The character in spot "2" will get 40 points. Spot 3 gets 30, and so on. You can send this in at any point in Round 1, however, if you do not send it in by the halfway mark, your votes will be only worth half. The two characters with the most points and are still in the game at the end of Round 2 will be able to skip Round 3 entirely.
