Should he be in? I mean we've been getting some bizarre characters, in Melee we had Mr Game and Watch, in Brawl we had R.O.B. so here we might as well have this little Wii U promotion

These people were important in Nintendo history. Non-Specific Action Figure appeared in one single commercial.

I say that even going as far as he getting his own trophy would be going too far, though I can definitely agree with you on the 'or something' part there.

And no, he should definitely not be a playable character.
 
A sticker would be a good idea for him because he didn't really have anything except for one commercial
 
Super Smash Bros. is beneath one as great as Non-Specific Action Figure.
 
That... would actually be pretty sweet! If not as a playable character than at least in some way, shape or form. R.O.B. made it in, although he's a LOT more important to Nintendo's history than ol' Non-Specific Action Figure.

I think that's where most of the "no" votes are coming from. No one can deny that Non-Specific Action Figure is awesome, but he's never been in a game, and never contributed to gaming history.
